Set on 20 private acres and tucked nearly a quarter mile off the road, this farmhouse offers room to gather, reconnect, and enjoy the slower pace of rural Pennsylvania. Whether you're visiting Gettysburg, attending a local wedding, celebrating a special occasion, or simply looking for a place where everyone can spread out and be comfortable, we hope you'll feel right at home here.

The property comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests and includes a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath farmhouse plus The Snug (1bd, 1ba) — a private king studio located directly across the driveway in the main barn. The Snug is not attached to the house and is a favorite for grandparents, couples, or anyone who appreciates a little extra privacy.

Step inside the Manor and feel instantly at home. The main floor is bright and welcoming, with comfortable gathering spaces, calming colors, and thoughtful touches throughout. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from pancake breakfasts to holiday dinners, while the vaulted dining area offers plenty of room to linger around the table together.

The front porch is a guest favorite — the perfect place to start the day with coffee or unwind in a rocking chair as the sun sets over the fields.

A quick note: the staircase to the second-floor bedrooms is fairly steep. Most guests have no trouble with it, but guests who prefer to avoid stairs often appreciate The Snug's private king suite located just across the driveway.

The home's crown jewel is the ensuite retreat, which spans the second and third floors and features a king bed, private bath, desk nook, and daybed with trundle.

Across the driveway, The Snug offers a little extra privacy and comfort with a king canopy bed, living area, kitchenette, and full bathroom. The kitchenette includes an air fryer, microwave, coffee maker, single-serve blender, utensils, and essentials for simple meals and morning coffee.

Outside, you'll find 20 acres of open countryside to enjoy, including a peaceful creek where deer are often spotted at dusk, mature trees, a firepit for s'mores nights, and a playset just steps from the patio. The two-car garage is available for guest use and includes a ping pong table and firepit supplies for rainy-day fun.

We've made comfort a priority with HVAC throughout the home and studio, so you'll stay cozy in every season.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
