Please note: Deer Alley is a comfortable, well-kept mountain home designed for relaxed stays in the Poconos — not a luxury resort or new construction. We’re always continuing to improve the home and appreciate guests who enjoy the nature, quiet, and laid-back mountain setting here.

In winter, AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended during snow events, as the driveway slopes down from the road. Following major snowfalls, outdoor areas may take time to fully reopen depending on conditions.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
