Inside, the space is clean, comfortable, and ready to go. You’ll find all the essentials stocked — coffee, kitchen basics, clean linens, and reliable Wi-Fi. The layout works well whether you're here with family or a few friends: multiple bedrooms, climate control in each room, and enough space for everyone to spread out.

After settling in, you might head out to one of the nearby lakes or relax in the game room. If it’s evening, maybe you light the firepit or throw something on the grill. No pressure to do much — just enjoy the space and the quiet.

House Rules
⚙️ Check in at 4pm. Check out at 11am.

⚙️ You must be 21+ to book this property and booking guest must stay at the home.

⚙️ This home is located in a private, gated community, with free wristbands given to you at the gate. This gives you access to everything the Indian Mountain Lake community offers. (Seasonal)

⚙️ No Smoking indoors. (includes and not limited to tobacco, cannabis, and e-cigarettes) Renter agrees to pay a $325 fine if any signs of smoking indoors are documented.

⚙️ No fireworks allowed.

⚙️ Outdoor fires are allowed in a fire pit - however, make sure you check at the gate if there's any burn bans in 3ffect. Fines of up to $1,000 can occur if a guest is in violation and the community fines the property. Firewood provided for guest use.

⚙️ Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. Be mindful of housing around you & be a good neighbor.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
