📋 House Rules
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

• The primary booking guest must be 21 years or older and must stay at the home for the duration of the reservation

• No smoking indoors, including tobacco, cannabis, or e-cigarettes. A $325 cleaning and remediation fee will apply if evidence is found

• No fireworks at any time (community rule)

• Outdoor fires permitted only in the designated firepit. Please check with the community gate for burn bans. Firewood is provided. Community fines for violations may be passed along to guests

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors

• This home is located in a private, gated community. Seasonal amenities are available with optional wristbands between Memorial Day and Labor Day

• Guests are expected to treat the home with care and respect

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
