Guests love the peaceful setting, spacious layout, and the unique experience of staying in a true Pennsylvania stone home.

Inside the main house, you’ll find a main floor king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and a cozy twin, all with comfortable beds and quality linens for a restful stay. The home is heated and cooled by mini-splits, keeping you comfortable in every season.

A favorite feature of the property is the detached summer kitchen, which includes a 5th bedroom with a king bed—a great option for extra privacy or a quiet retreat.
Please note: there is no bathroom in the summer kitchen, so guests staying there will use the bathrooms in the main house a few steps away.

Outside, you’ll find a welcoming fire pit area, perfect for evening conversations, stargazing, or roasting marshmallows. Firewood is stocked for you, so you can enjoy the space without bringing your own.

🐮 The farmhouse sits on a small farmette. You may see horses, a cow, or light activity around the property, as well as the family from time to time. Interaction is completely optional—they won’t enter guest areas, but the natural rhythm of farmette life is part of the setting.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
